Whilst concocting one of my "perfect" Margaritas, I noticed the face of Frankie Limeman suddenly appearing!
Gianni's "Perfect" Margarita:
2 shots Cuervo Gold
1 Shot Triple Sec
Juice of one fresh lime (Never a mix)
Chill the margarita glass with ice then discard the ice to a cocktail shaker.
Wet the rim of the glass with a lime wedge and dip rim in kosher salt to coat.
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, stir gently.
Pour the margarita into the glass and drop in the wedge of lime.
Enjoy! And, have a Happy New Year!
