One of a couple of cats that pass through the yard now and then stops to take a drink out of my "homemade" bird bath.
Temperature here broke a record Monday with a high of 92 degrees!
I'm not sure if he's thanking me for the water or wondering where the Friskies are to go with his drink.

One good thing about the cat it will keep away the squirrells. So if I was you put the Friskies.
This way the cat and the squirrel will both eat well.
