Yesterday afternoon I watched the Lakewood Police pull this guy over, search his car and then tow it away.
He retrieved his folding portable chair, his makeshift suitcase stand with drink and a cell phone until a taxi came.
I wonder what he did....

I'm not sure. Repo usually does parked cars. It might have been what they call "fictitious plates".
I'll read about it in next wek's local paper.
